Funeral services for Zachary John Meacham, 16, of Guthrie Center, will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 27 at the First United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center. Visitation will be Sunday, April 26 from 4-8 p.m., with family present from 6-8 p.m. at the Twigg Funeral Home in Panora. Burial will be at Morrisburg Cemetery in rural Stuart.

Survivors include parents, John and Bridget Meacham; sister, Morgan Meacham; grandparents, Arnie and Peg Myers; great-grandfather, Floyd Meacham; great-grandmother, Judy Myers; aunt, Brooke Boals; uncles, Jeff and Jason Meacham; and several cousins and great-aunts and uncles.
