The Perry Community School District Board of Education will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing and review of the District’s policy in regards to the Children’s Internet Protection Act, followed by acknowledging School Board Appreciation Month, hearing a technology report on the 1-to-1 laptop initiative and an update on curriculum, instruction and assessment progress at the elementary.
General business items include revisions to board policies, approving a committee for the Special Education Service Delivery Plan/Update, approving the master contract with the District’s support staff, and approving contracts and salary increases for administration and the special services group.
Next the Board will consider approving fundraisers for the upcoming school year, approve a trip to Louisville, Kentucky for students who have qualified for the National SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference, and set meal prices for the next school year.
Finally, personnel changes will be approved, and the Board will discuss and review their self-assessment.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Brady Library at Perry High School.
