Do you snore loudly at night and feel sleepy during the day? It’s possible this is due to a sleep disorder, and Dallas County Hospital wants to help.
They’re offering an educational program on the importance of sleep next week and everyone is invited to attend.
The Obstructive Sleep Apnea from A to ZZZs program will be led by Dr. Monica Hoffman with the Mercy Sleep Center. The board certified sleep and internal medicine specialist will share information on sleep apnea, how to diagnose it and how to manage the condition.
This will be provided via video conference at the hospital on Thursday, May 21st at 6pm.
There’s no cost to attend but seating is limited. To reserve your spot, call 465-7628.
