The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council is expected to appoint a new building and zoning official for the City, approve the sale of its general obligation urban renewal corporate purpose bonds and its golf course acquisition bonds.  The Council will also consider for approval a plat of survey for Marcellous Taylor, making the second payment for its 2015 Water and Sanitary Improvement projects and the first reading to change an ordinance to allow for a Planned Unit Development for new townhomes and condominiums to be built by JCorporation, following a public hearing.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
