We are just two days away from the 36th Annual Bell Tower Festival in Jefferson.

Coordinator Angie Pedersen says until Friday, you can purchase a full sheet of tickets for the rides at a $5 discount.  She points out an incentive that you can take advantage of when you buy ride tickets before the festival begins.

“And when you buy your tickets in advance, if you buy that full sheet of tickets, you can exchange that full sheet at the ticket booth for a wristband and then you can ride all weekend long with that.  You can ride the whole festival out.  So it’s really worth getting them in advance and we’ve got them in the (Greene County) Chamber office, so come in and see us.”

Amusement Associates from Boone County is providing six carnival rides and six inflatables.  Rides will be open from 4 to 9pm on Friday and from 9am to 9pm on Saturday.

You can also purchase advanced tickets for Friday night’s barbecue at the Greene County Community Center are also available for $12 for a ribeye and $6 for a hamburger meal, which includes potato salad, beans, roll, chips and ice tea or lemonade.  The meal will be served from 5 to 7pm and the Greene County Cattlemen’s Association is grilling the meat.

PopROCKS tickets are on sale for $10 for either show on Saturday night at 8 or 10pm.  And t-shirts are also available.  There are two colors to choose from.  Youth sizes are $8, adult sizes up to extra-large are $10 and plus sizes up to 6XL are $13.
