All Perry youth softball players along with family and friends are invited to the Perry Athletic Complex tonight for closing ceremonies of the 2015 Perry Youth Softball Association season.  All players will be admitted free and are reminded to wear their team t-shirts.  All of the players and coaches will be introduced on the field after the JV game and prior to the start of the varsity contest with Saydel. The Perry 12 and under team finished up the season 8-1 after a Tuesday night victory over Madrid #1.  The young Jayettes were coached by Kari Hastings and Tina Kenney.  The Perry 10 and under squad has enjoyed a lot of success this year as well and still have two tournaments lined up including this weekend in Adel.  Jason Olejniczak is the Head Coach.  The Perry 8 and under along with T-ball members will all be introduced.  The Perry Youth Softball Association is the voluntary, governing and official organizing body of Perry youth softball.  The Association organizes the teams and ensures that the softball experience is fun while teaching the proper fundamentals with good sportsmanship.  Contact one of the volunteer board members or President Tina Kenney if interested in being a part of Perry softball in the future.
