Dallas County Hospital and the Perry Hy-Vee are partnering together for a free health fair next week.

Hy-Vee’s “Healthy You” bus will be on-side with blood pressure screens and blood draws.  Hospital staff will be there to provide information and training on hands-free CPR, mammogram scheduling, dental education, care coordination and more.

It takes place at Hy-Vee Saturday, June 27^th from 11am-1pm.
