Known as the one of the world’s greatest games of strategy, you can learn how to play chess at the Stuart Public Library. Coordinator Lacey Partlow says the library is answering the desires of the community by setting up the lessons. “We’ve had a lot of interest in chess in the past. We have a great opportunity here to take that and go with it to get kids and adults involved.”
If you have desire in learning or playing chess, the first lesson will take place Monday night from 5-7 p.m. at the Stuart Public Library.
