The Greene County Fair is July 7th through the 13th and the queen coronation ceremony is on Friday, July 10th.

Organizer Ann Cunningham says there are four candidates vying for this year’s county fair queen crown.  The candidates include Sarah Sandage, Abby Badger, Molly Hoskins and Kasey Lane.  The 2014 fair queen is Hannah Gunn.

The queen coronation ceremony will be at 6:30pm on Friday, July 10th at Clover Hall on the county fairgrounds in Jefferson.  The public is welcomed to the free event to see who will be crowned the 2015 Greene County Fair Queen and compete at the Iowa State Fair in August.
