Molly Hoskins is a candidate for this year’s Greene County Fair Queen.

She is from Jefferson and graduated from Greene County High School this spring.  Hoskins was in jazz choir, cheerleading and FFA while in high school.  Her 4-H club is the Hardin Happy Hustlers and she’s been in 4-H since fourth grade.

Hoskins talks about why she is running for county fair queen.

“I really think that’s always been something that I want to do since I was little.  I know my older cousins have done it and I loved watching them.  It just seems so fun (and) I love dressing up.  I think it would be neat to walk around the fair and just talk to everybody and it just seems so (much) fun.”

Hoskins will be showing her two paint horses, Baby and Jackie and baked doughnuts for a food and nutrition static exhibit.

Molly is the daughter of Kevin and Deb Hoskins.
