Tarama ArnoldTwo of three Jefferson residents involved in a March drug bust were sentenced in Greene County District Court.

According to court documents, 42 year-old Tamara Kay Arnold was sentenced to two years of probation on each of the aggravated misdemeanor charges for prohibited acts and accessory after the fact.  She was also ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees.  19 year-old Stephen Arthur Molle pled guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to one year of probation.

The charges stem from an executed search warrant on March 4th at a home in the 200 block of South Oak Street.  Officers recovered marijuana, drug paraphernalia, guns, cash and prescription drugs.

The third suspect, 51 year-old Jerry Dean Barker faces felony charges for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver along with an aggravated misdemeanor charge for his third offense of possession of a schedule II drug.  His pre-trial date is scheduled for August 28th.
