The Stuart Public Library has answered the requests of the public by installing four computers in a quiet part of the library. Program coordinator Lacey Partlow says previously the only computers were in the children’s section, which can get quite loud. Adult patrons wanted someplace to work and browse a computer more privately. “There is some privacy and there’s a wall on both sides so the users can have their own area to work, without being interrupted by other people or having people looking over their shoulder.”
The four new computer workstations have been installed and are available for anybody to use.
