Joshua David Charter, age 37 of 3318 York St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.

Julie Ireland of Adel was traveling south in the 21000 block of Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3000.00.
James Lee of Massena, IA., was traveling on Interstate 80 near the 105 mile marker when he was struck on the driver’s side of his vehicle by a vehicle driven by Jason Guern of Lincoln, NE. Guern and fallen asleep while passing Lee’s Vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Guern’s vehicle estimated at $3000 and $6000.00 to Lee’s. Lee was cited for improper use of lanes.
Carrie Jo Webber, age 40 of 8605 Sweetbriar Ln., Urbandale was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while suspended.

John Angel Para, age 22 of 802 4th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of domestic abuse assault.
Chowng Tyng Wong, age 21 of 2284 E Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
