The Guthrie Center City Council will meet Monday night. They will receive a Midwest Partnership update from Executive Director Sarah Gomez. Additionally, they will set resolutions for council and mayor compensation and discuss the compliance officer position. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. inside of the Guthrie Center Clerk’s office.

Iowa Governor Terry Branstad will be in Guthrie Center Tuesday. Branstad will tour the DICA Marketing Company facility at 104 Industrial Road. The event is not open to the public, but Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you a detailed recap of it.
