School is back in session in Guthrie County. Beginning this morning, motorists will begin to see school buses on area roads. Sheriff Marty Arganbright reminds drivers that it’s against state law to pass a stopped school bus. “I work with the schools and we get multiple bus stop violations every year. It’s a hefty fine.”

Kadyn’s Law, passed in 2012 by the state legislature, punishes offenders by a 30 day license suspension, a fine between $250-$675 and up to 30 days in jail.
