Torrential rains at locations upstream have caused a flood warning along the Raccoon River basin to be issued for Greene and Dallas Counties. The National Weather Service says, currently, no flooding is occuring and only minor flooding is threatening through Tuesday. As of 6 a.m. Sunday morning, one of our local reporting areas was above flood stage. Buttrick Creek near Grand Junction was over two feet above its flood stage level of 12 feet.
