The Friends of the Jefferson Library are asking for donations for their 23rd annual Used Book Sale in September.
Items needed include books, CD’s, DVD’s, games, audio tapes and puzzles. Donations can be dropped off at the library during normal business hours.
The one-week sale starts on Saturday, September 19th and ends September 26th. The first day of the sale is reserved for the Friends of the Library. The rest of the time, it will be open to the public. The final day is half-price, fill a bag day. Memberships start at $5 to be a Friend and those will also be sold during the book sale.
All proceeds from the sale will go toward purchases for the library for the public to use.
