Several offices will be closed Monday in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

The Perry city hall, water works office and public library will all be closed Monday.  The McCreary Community Building will be open limited hours from 1-5pm, with the pool closing at 4:30.

The regular City Council meeting has been pushed back to Tuesday at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.

Monday’s garbage and recycling routes will be run on Tuesday and Tuesday’s will be picked up Wednesday.  As a result there will be no yard waste pick up next week.

Additionally, all Dallas County offices and Adel city offices will also be closed for Labor Day.
