Guthrie Center School Board Vice President Tim Benson is wrapping up his first four year term on the board. Benson says one of the board’s biggest accomplishments in his first term is getting modern technology into the hands of students. “One of the biggest things, I think, is our One-on-One program, which gets all of our junior high and high school students a computer. That’s helped out a lot. We’re still working on that program and it’s heading in the right direction.”

Benson, along with fellow incumbents Keith Buttler and Wanda Knobbe are all running unopposed in tomorrow’s election.
