The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

A public hearing will be held to rezone three lots in the Greene County Development Corporation’s West Business Park from light industrial to highway commercial, which will be followed by the first reading to adopt the ordinance change.

The Council will also hear a Jefferson Community Golf Course report from manager Micah Destival and set their date for their budget priority workshop.  The Council is expected to approve the second pay estimate for Hydro-Klean LLC for sewer and rehab work on the Grimmell lift station to Wall Street, a second change order for Hydro-Klean for the same project and a third pay estimate to Scharnweber Water Conditioning for the project.

Finally, the Council will discuss amending their development agreement with Lincoln Ridge Estates and create development agreement for Briarwood Bend.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
