We have more information about an alleged kidnapping and sexual assault incident that occurred in Stuart over the weekend. Stuart Police Sargeant Ryan Harding says the suspect, 36 year old Corey Drake, of Des Moines, brought the victim to a local motel Saturday night. The victim reported the incident to police as rape and kidnapping Sunday. After further investigation, Drake was arrested at his home in Des Moines. He is charged with felony counts of sexual assault and kidnapping and is being held without bond in the Adair County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
