Boys and girls teams West Central Valley, Guthrie Center and Panorama will all be running at the Lake Panorama Cross Country meet this evening. Additional teams in attendance include Adair-Casey, Audubon, Boyer Valley, CAM, Carlisle, Colo-NESCO, Des Moines Christian, Earlham, IKM-Manning, Madrid, Mount Ayr, Nodaway Valley, Norwalk, Ogden, Orient-Macksburg, Paton-Churdan, Tri-Center, Van Meter, Woodbine, Woodward-Granger, Greene County and Ankeny Christian Academy.

Panorama Head Coach Greg Thompson says there’s a lot of ups and downs to their course. “It’s hilly. It’s probably one of the hilliest courses in the state. My kids love, most kids that come love, it’s a little hard for spectators to watch, because they’re running up and down the hills just like the kids are.”

Racing starts at 4:30 p.m. at Lake Panorama.
