The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the most recent special Traffic Enforcement Program (sTEP). Chief Deputy Jeremy Bennett says between August 25th and September 7th, members of the Sheriff’s Office served two arrest warrants and made one arrest. Additionally, deputies issued 12 warnings for no seatbelt, 59 warnings for speeding, ten registration warnings, 23 equipment warnings and 12 warnings for “more-over” violations. A total of 26 citations were issued for various traffic violations.
