A deputy was advised by a Grand Junction resident in the 600 block of East Hager Street of trespassing and criminal mischief on his property.

A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction to investigate criminal mischief to a window.

In all case when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
