The Greene County High School marching band will continue a tradition by participating in tomorrow’s Carroll Band Day.
Director Wes Anderson says the band will perform in the parade and a field exhibition. The parade starts at 10:30am by Adams Elementary on 12th Street and will end between the football field and the recreation center in Carroll. Six other bands will be in the parade including Carroll, Carroll Kuemper Catholic, Roland-Story, East Sac, Glidden-Ralston and Guthrie Center.
Three bands will then take part in a field exhibition on the football field starting at 12:30pm. Greene County will perform both Stevie Wonder songs that they played last weekend in Fort Dodge with “Superstition” and “Signed, Sealed and Delivered.” The exhibitions will start at 12:30pm.
The public is invited to watch the band in the parade and during the field exhibition tomorrow in Carroll.
