Anyone can now vote early for the November city elections in Greene County.

County Deputy Auditor Billie Jo Hoskins says absentee ballots are available at the county Auditor’s office during normal business hours from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.  Absentee ballots will be accepted between now and Tuesday, November 3rd.

A request for an absentee ballot must be filled out before receiving the actual ballot.  Individuals can also have a request form mailed to them.  Once the form is filled out and submitted to the Auditor’s office, an absentee ballot can then be mailed to an individual.  All absentee ballots through the mail must be postmarked by November 2nd.
