The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet today. They will hear a Conservation Board update from Director Joe Hanner. Also, State Street Insurance Agent Becky Benton will review the County’s insurance before submission to the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool (ICAP). Additionally, Mental Health Coordinator Diane Jackson will lead a discussion on The Guard, a service for working with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Plus, the Supervisors will meet with County Engineer Josh Sebern to discuss approval of advance relating to wind farm tax increment financing. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. inside of the Guthrie County Courthouse.
