A deputy was dispatched to a minor hit and run accident on Highway 30 near the Casey’s General Store in Grand Junction. No report was needed.

The Sheriff responded to a trespassing/harassment concern in the 2100 block of Neola Avenue. The male subject was spoken to about his actions.

A deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of 220th Street for the report of an ATV 4-wheeler trespassing on private property. The deputy determined that the ATV and the driver were taking soil samples and had permission to be on the property.

A deputy was out of position and unable to locate a reported erratic driver near the Greene-Carroll County line.

A deputy spoke with a male and female subject from Guthrie County about a personal property civil issue involving a Greene County resident.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
