The Guthrie Center cross country teams will head to Lake Panorama this afternoon to compete in the West Central Conference meet. Head coach Colin Shawgo says he’s just looking to see improvement over last year’s conference standings. “The big thing is to just keep getting better. I’m hoping that we can get a couple girls and a couple boys All Conference.”

Middle school racing starts at 4 p.m. this afternoon, with varsity to follow, at the Lake Panorama course.
