The Affordable Care Act open enrollment period continues through December 7^th and Dallas County Hospital is offering resources to help local patients make sure they are well informed.

A Medicare Part D check up will be held on Thursday, November 12^th from 9am to 4pm.  Senior Health Insurance Information Program counselors will be there to help compare the available plans for 2016.

During the open enrollment period, individuals can enroll in a plan, make changes to a current plan or drop coverage, with changes going into effect January 1^st.
