As we’ve reported, a Panora City Council election ended in a tie Tuesday night. Rachel Vogel and Andy Carson both received 72 votes. Guthrie County Auditor Jerri Christman says the tie will be resolved by the Board of Supervisors drawing lots, which amounts to pulling a candidate’s name out of a hat.
