Perry students continue to receive accolades.
Five high school students have been selected to participate in the Drake Honor Band.
Breanna Penenger, Morgan Holmstrom, Edwardo Medina, Alonzo Lumbreras and Alex Tapia will rehearse and perform at the university on December 4th and 5th.
The festival provides the outstanding musicians with an opportunity to work with some of the nation’s finest conductors. The Honors Concert Band and Honors Wind Ensemble are comprised of more than 200 students from Iowa and Nebraska.
