With the threat of several inches of snow falling over our region today, the roads will likely be hazardous.
Adair and Guthrie County Emergency Management Coordinator Bob Kempf reminds residents to avoid driving and stay home if at all possible during a winter storm. “Absolutely, that’s one of the most important things. There’s a lot going on out on the road during the winter time. You’ve got snow plows and sanders out there, you’ve got people that are out there that really have no reason to be. Make sure to keep plenty of food and drink at home, so if you need to stay home you can.”
