T-minus one week away until the ADM Tiger wrestling team commences their 2015-2016 campaign. The Tigers will start their first match of the year on December 3rd as they take on North Polk and conference conference rival Ballard.

Despite having a phenomenal season last year, head coach Justin Schmauss and the Tigers remain hungry as they look to put themselves at the top echelon of high school wrestling.

“I look forward to having one of the best teams teams that ADM has ever had in a long time,” stated Schmauss.

It’s certainly not blind optimism that leads the Tiger wrestling program, but instead it’s the veteran leadership and skill of a Tiger team that returns three state qualifiers. Schmauss credits that very same leadership as one of the best aspects of the team stating “we have those guys who’ve been there, done that, and you can tell that they are motivated to get back there and finish higher than they did before.”

The meet is set to start at 5:30 pm with the ADM Tigers set to face North Polk in the first match followed by Ballard taking on North Polk in the second match with ADM and Ballard rounding it out with the third match.
