Funeral services for John Eugene “Gene” Knepper, 86, of Perry, will be Saturday at 11 am at the Christ Lutheran Church in Bouton.  Visitation will be Friday after 1 pm at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry.  Family will be present from 6 pm to 8 pm.  Memorials may be sent to the Christ Lutheran Church in Bouton and the American Lung Association.  Survivors include:  Children, Kent Knepper of St. Petersburg, Florida, Karen Menz of Perry, Connie Sheehy of Dawson, Craig Knepper of Urbandale and Scott Knepper of Knoxville.  13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
