Jacob Timothy Lathrop, age 27 of 751 Ashby Dr., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
Christopher Nathan Bensen, age 30 of 422 North 10th, Lacrosse, Wisconsin was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.
