The Perry wrestling team opened their season Thursday night at home, as they hosted the Norsemen of Roland-Story as well as the Gilbert Tigers. Perry came away victorious, defeating Roland-Story by the final of 44-30, and edging out Gilbert by the score of 42-40. Head coach Trevor Kittleson’s Bluejays will be on short rest when they travel to St. Ansgar High School on Saturday morning for their next dual-meet.
