The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Items on the agenda include a special presentation from the Dallas County Local Housing Trust, a public hearing in regards to the disposal of public property for the old middle school lot, followed by approval of disposal.  The Council will then consider a reciprocal easement agreement with Hamlin Bell Associates and approval the final plat for the Casalina Chateau subdivision plat 1.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
