The Perry Jayette basketball team fell to Dallas Center Grimes by the score of 55-26 on Tuesday night. The Phillies were led by Brooke Kramer and Jenna Borchers, who scored 14 and 12 points, respectively. Taylor Lathrum led the way for the Jayettes with 10, and Grace Marburger added 9 of her own. Perry trailed 30-12 at halftime, and the Phillies would extend their lead to 30 by the end of the 3rd quarter.

Perry falls to 1-3 (0-1) on the year, and will travel to Ballard on Friday night in a Raccoon River Conference matchup.
