ADM athletes will soon get to experience an entirely new way of exercising. ADM strength and conditioning coach Tyler Bohlke will soon be introducing “hardcore parkour” to the ADM strength and conditioning regiment.

Parkour is described as the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.  Coach Bohlke will look to utilize the high energy movements of parkour into the current strength and conditioning program at ADM.

Last Saturday coach Buhlke went to a National Strength & Conditioning Association educational clinic in Cedar Falls.
