There’s just over a week left to assist the Dallas County Public Health department by taking the Community Health Needs Assessment.
It’s a 10 minute survey that can be done online, via a mobile device or by requesting a paper copy. Residents will weigh-in with their thoughts on what the needs and concerns are with health care, transportation, employment and public services in Dallas County.
The department’s goal is to get at least 350 responses from across the County.
Recent feedback shows citizens want to see improvement in living wages and local wealth, the willingness to act for the common good, getting around and education.

The deadline to complete the survey is December 18th.
