It will be a battle of the Tigers tonight as the Lady Tigers of ADM take on the Lady Tigers of Carroll in just the second conference match up for both teams.

The Carroll Lady Tigers enter tonight’s contest yielding an 0-1 conference record. On the season overall the Tigers are 1-2. Carroll is fresh off a tough past couple of seasons as the Tigers managed just 8 wins in the past three years. There are a lot of positives on the horizon for the Carroll Lady Tigers however, as they enter tonight’s contest with a much improved scoring offense which ranks third in field goal percentage (37.8%) and first in three point percentage (36.0%) in the Raccoon River Conference. The Carroll Tigers have certainly shown they are no longer a team to look over.

The ADM Lady Tigers enter tonight’s game on a hot streak, winning three straight victories including a win over conference opponent Winterset last Friday. The ADM girls enter tonight’s contest with a 3-1 overall record and perfect in conference play. The Lady Tigers have shown that height is just a number as they have used their speed and unmatched hustle to snag three straight wins. Head coach Corey Schneider states that it’s all about the girls coming together as a team to overcome all obstacles.

“Our girls have really bought into the fact that this is how we have to play. We have to play fast and everybody’s got to hit the boards,” explained coach Schneider.
