Hispanics United for Perry will continue their Christmas season tradition again this year.
Las Posadas takes place Friday, December 18th starting with an ecumenical service at the First Christian Church at 6pm. The group will then lead a procession through downtown Perry looking for shelter like Mary and Joseph did before the birth of Jesus.
The event will end with a fiesta and meal at the First United Methodist Church at 7pm. The cost of dinner is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 10.
