The Stuart Lions Club will host their fifth annual Christmas Celebration tomorrow.
President Bob Cook says everyone is invited to the free will offering meal which includes many different soups. “We will have a variety of soups and desserts available, everything from chili to broccoli cheese soups, chicken noodle and vegetable beef soups. We will have an array of desserts. It’s a free will offering and we want everyone to come out whether you can afford to donate or not.”
Additional activities include a raffle, rides on the Christmas train and appearances by Santa and Mrs. Clause. It takes place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the First Congregational Church. Cook will tell us more about it today on Let’s Talk Guthrie County. It airs during the 9 a.m., noon and 5 p.m. hours on K107.9 and www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
