The winning train just keeps on rolling for former all-state ADM running back Jordan Grove and the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats. The Bearcats faced West Georgia for the chance to head to the Division II championship game, for Northwest Missouri State it will be their ninth NCAA Championship game.
After the Bearcats saw a 24-6 halftime lead evaporate into just a 24-23 lead, Northwest Missouri State pulled together late in the fourth quarter, sending them to the championship game with a 38-23 victory over West Georgia.
Jordan Grove played his part in the win netting 30 yards on just two receptions and 12 yards on 4 carries.
Next up for Grove and the Bearcats will be the Division II championship game against Shepard University this Saturday starting at 3:00 pm.
