Olivia Perkins of Adel was traveling south on Old Portland Rd when she lost control going around the curve and ended up in the ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.
Rachel Smith of 405 S Main, Linden reported that someone attempted to gain entry to her residence.

David Ratigan of Panama was traveling near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 80 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4500.00.
Gregory Avigdor of Des Moines was traveling north on Highway 169 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.
Brian Linn West, age 39 of 404 4rd St., Dawson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft and violation of probation.
Krista Mundt of Ames was traveling west on Interstate 80 near the 106 mile marker when she attempted to cut over to make the exit and was unable to make it and traveled through the ditch and rolling over. Two passengers were taken to Methodist Hospital and VA Hospital with injuries. Mundt was cited for failure to maintain control. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $12000.00
Dena Marie Weddell of 803 Linden St., Dallas Center reported that someone had broken into a storage unit. Someone had broken the lock and rummaged through the storage unit. Several items were taken.
Alan Suckow of 112 East St., Van Meter reported a theft at 35950 R Ave. at storage units he owns. Several items were missing.

Andrew James Rosol, age 20 of 805 2nd St., Redfield was arrested at 2nd St and Jackson St., Redfield for driving under suspension.
