December 28th through the 30th from 1 to 3pm will be several games for youth to play. Today will be badminton and beach volleyball, Tuesday is scooter games and Wednesday will be gym hockey. Staff members Simone Lang and Sean Ostendorf will lead the activities. Director Vicky Lautner says they wanted to give kids something physically active to do during their holiday break from school.
“Well a lot of kids I think get stuck at home in front of the tv and parents will be working. But we thought we doing something organized for the kids to get together with their friends and just do some fun activities. And of course we’re all about keeping the kids active.”
The three day activities are free for all fourth through eighth graders.
