A nationally recognized painter will be the focus of a Meet the Artist event at Greenfield’s Warren Cultural Center next week.

Executive Director Ken Sidey says Melynda Van Zee will have her art on display and be available to speak with the public on Monday, January 4th from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Van Zee specializes in painting what she calls ‘emotional and spiritual landscapes of the soul’, and has had work featured in numerous publications around the country. She creates her works of art at her home studio in Huxley.

Monday’s event is free and open to the public.
