The Guthrie County Sheriff’s office has made an arrest in connection to the recent burglary of the Bayard Sparky’s convenience store. 23 year old Alicia Crawford, of rural Guthrie Center, was arrested Friday on felony charges of 3rd Degree Burglary and 2nd Degree Theft. Prior to the arrest, a search warrant was executed at Crawford’s home, where currency and products reported stolen from Sparky’s were recovered. The total loss to Sparky’s was estimated at approximately  $4,000 in cash and cigarettes. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
