With just a few weeks left in the regular season, many girls basketball teams in Adair and Guthrie County appear primed for a postseason run. In Class 1-A, Adair-Casey is ranked 9th and Nodaway Valley is ranked 11th.

In Class 2A, Panorama is on the outside of the rankings but is likely just an impressive win or two away from being listed. From the West Central Activities Conference, Des Moines Christian is ranked 10th in Class 2A and Van Meter is ranked 12th.
